Once a year, the athletics department of SG Neuhäusel hosts the International Fun Run, known as the "Lauf am Steinrausch." The 300m children's race takes place at the sports field, while the 1,000m youth race runs along local streets. The 5,000m and 10,000m courses are out-and-back routes that lead past Steinrausch towards Montabaur. The event also offers restrooms, changing rooms, and showers in the sports field building. Pre-registrations are possible until April 16, 2026, and on-the-day registrations are allowed up to 30 minutes before the respective start.
